All frames are full-circumference welded to ensure maximum strength, with all the exposed welds being hand ground to super smoothness, then chemically cleaned, etched and sealed in a five stage process. Polyester powder paint is applied electro-statically to provide a beautiful and long-lasting finish that is resistant to chipping, peeling or scratching.
